How do I bring my watch in for service? +

Simply walk in during working hours with your watch. Our technician will take a quick look, discuss what you're noticing, and explain what we recommend. No appointment is strictly required for an initial assessment, though calling ahead on busier days is always welcome.

How long does a movement cleaning take? +

Movement cleaning and regulation typically takes around two weeks. Antique restorations take longer and depend on parts availability and the extent of the work. We always discuss expected timeframes at drop-off and notify you if anything changes.

Do you work on all watch brands? +

We work on a wide range of mechanical and automatic movements — from everyday dress watches to vintage and antique pieces. For certain specialist or very modern smartwatch cases, we'll be upfront if the job falls outside our scope rather than attempt work we aren't suited for.

What does the wellness check include? +

The wellness check covers a close inspection of the case, crystal, crown, and pushers; a look at the movement's timekeeping behaviour; and a clean of the exterior surfaces. You receive a written note of anything we found and any recommendations — with no obligation to proceed further.

How is pricing determined for antique restorations? +

Antique restoration is quoted individually once we've assessed the watch. The starting price of ฿17,600 reflects a standard scope; complex pieces or those requiring rare parts will be quoted separately before any work begins. We will not proceed without your approval of the final estimate.

Is my watch safe while it's with you? +

Watches left with us are stored securely at our workshop premises and handled only by our own technicians. We issue a receipt at drop-off and keep detailed records of each piece throughout its time with us.
